Who We Are
Steve (owner) grew up in West Dover for most of his life. Steve worked many various jobs before he decided to settle down and put all efforts into expanding his HVAC knowledge. Steve’s dad started an HVAC business in the late 90’s, and throughout the weekends & summer months Steve spent a lot of time with his dad learning much information about HVAC.

Mid teenage years, Steve lost interest in HVAC and decided to pursue another career. Approximately 18 months, Steve worked on a construction crew building pole buildings, and installing fencing.
Later decided to go back to the HVAC career for approximately 2 years, and once again lost interest. Steve in his earlier years always thought he wanted to do concrete construction and masonry work. Steve worked for approximately 4 years on many different projects involving concrete and masonry. Work slowed; Steve started to realize that HVAC is much more consistent work. At that point, he went back to work at a local HVAC company. He also has completed the journeyman program through Polytech Adult Education for HVAC.
In 2020, Steve was presented with an opportunity to start up an HVAC business. He has always wanted to own & operate his own business; he just wouldn’t have thought it would be in the HVAC field.
There has been many ups & downs with starting this business, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything! Steve has many dreams & goals with Dynamic Air. Steve wants to lead a business that allows for our employees to excel and learn the HVAC trade. One of the goals we have is to provide the best service we can to all our clients. Dynamic Air is a growing team, we are not perfect human beings unfortunately, but we strive for perfection in all that we do!
